Yes. Every PoppyLove Nails set is individually handcrafted and finished by hand. Because each set is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making every set uniquely yours.

Absolutely. With proper application, removal, and storage, your PoppyLove Nails can be worn multiple times. Adhesive tabs are ideal if you plan to reuse your nails frequently.

No, not when applied and removed correctly. Most nail damage occurs from improper removal rather than the press-ons themselves. We recommend following our removal instructions carefully and never forcing a nail off.

You can use our sizing guide to measure your nails before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size and gently filing for a perfect fit.

If your sizing issue is due to an error in manufacturing, we'll work with you to make it right. If incorrect measurements were provided during ordering, replacement nails may be available for purchase.

Wear time depends on the application method: adhesive tabs typically last 1–3 days, while nail glue can last 1–3 weeks. Proper preparation is the biggest factor in achieving long-lasting wear.

Each set includes your handmade press-on nails along with essential application accessories, such as adhesive tabs, nail file, cuticle stick, and prep materials. Contents may vary slightly by collection.

For the best results: clean and dry your nails thoroughly before application, push back cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface, avoid water for at least one hour after application, and wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes. Proper sizing and preparation significantly improve longevity.

Yes. However, prolonged water exposure and harsh cleaning products may shorten wear time. Wearing gloves during household chores is recommended.

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for several minutes, then gently lift the edges using a cuticle stick. Never force or peel the nails off, as this can damage your natural nails.

Clean away any remaining adhesive and store your nails in their original box or a protective container away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or used nail sets. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
